| VANTEC's sole obligation for products
that prove to be Dead On Arrival within 10 days from the date of purchase will be
for replacement or credit towards other Vantec products.
VANTEC limited warranty is for One Year from the date of
purchase for products that fail during normal use.
Such products shall be repaired or replaced at a fixed cost as published in the
Vantec Price List or less at Vantec's option. This warranty does not apply to
products which have been abused as determined by Vantec's judgement.
Abuse includes but is not limited to incorrect battery polarity, submersion, mechanical or electrical
modification, static discharge damage, unauthorized
repairs or repeated mis-application.
VANTEC gives no other warranty, either expressed
or implied and disclaims all other warranties, including warranties for
merchantability, fitness, or infringement. This warrantee is not
transferrable. In no event shall Vantec's liability exceed the
buyer's purchase price, nor shall Vantec be liable for any indirect or
consequential damages. |
